After we ordered, we saw many tables around us arrive, get served their drinks, meals and actually leave before we got our food. Our drinks, intended to make a toast to our children's accomplishment, arrived after everyone else had basically finished their drinks. When she came back to take our orders, we told her about the missing drinks (which she admitted that she forgot to put in to the bar). Before we could mention this, our waitress disappeared for another 10 minutes. My drink and my wife's drink were not delivered. then waited another 20 minutes until our drinks arrived. We waited at least 15 minutes to have our drink order taken We. Our waitress seemed disinterested from the start. We went here on a Saturday at 1:00pm to celebrate our daughter and her boyfriend's graduation from college. There were 5 of us and we split the check into 2 and 3 More We were never offered anything for the problems and the waitress was very condescending and rude. She finally brought the place settings and no apology again. Now we are all siting with food and no way to eat it. She did not apologize and went to the cupboard to find that there was no silverware and made excuses for it (waiting on silverware to be washed since they were so busy.) I pointed out that the table after us had theirs already and again no apology, said she would work on finding some. The waitress was came with all of our food and I stated that we had no silverware or napkins. I looked at the table next to us that was seated after us and they all had their place settings. It was then that I realized our table was never given silverware or napkins, but by then the waitress was already gone. I was the only one in my party to order salad, which came out first along with a salad fork in the bowl. This is when I started to think this place was no good. The waitress had a trainee who brought my daughter a straw for her $12 cocktail, and the trainee carried it to the table with her bare hands and reached around my daughter and stuck the straw in her glass. You were only allowed a straw if you asked for one. The waitress immediately said "no." We ordered our food and drinks and drinks were received just fine. We were told about the limited menu due to COVID (which is over by the way.) I asked if they could make something from the menu that I saw online based on the ingredients they surely had based on other menu items. We were seated and given menus, which we immediately realized were not. I was in Pittsburgh for the first time and chose this place based on an internet search of the menu.
